I really enjoyed my stay at Baan Saladaeng Boutique Guesthouse. The location was fantastic, tucked away in a quiet side street yet just minutes from the bustling Silom area. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, which enhanced my experience. However, I noticed that some of the facilities were a bit aging, and the breakfast options were quite simple. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend it to others.

I stayed in the 402 Urban Loft, which was spacious and well-designed. I appreciated the minimalistic decor, but I think it could use a little more inspiration.
Service

The service was very nice. The front desk staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Special shoutout to Ann, who was super helpful during my stay.
Location

The location was very good, just a short walk to the train station and Silom Complex. It was in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for exploring the city.

Breakfast was simple but adequate to start the day, with options like toast, cornflakes, and freshly cooked eggs. It was convenient to have breakfast included.
Facilities

While there were nice touches like a small pool on the balcony, I found that the hotel was starting to show its age. Also, no lift is available, which could be a challenge for some.

I had a pleasant stay at Baan Saladaeng Boutique Guesthouse. The spacious suites were clean and comfortable, and the location near the BTS and MRT was convenient. However, I faced some issues with the WiFi and limited TV options, which detracted from my experience.
Rooms
7.0
The suites were spacious and generally comfortable, though I noticed some maintenance issues like a broken toilet seat and a loose tap. The decor was interesting, but the Moroccan room was definitely much better than the Victorian one, which felt a bit unfinished.
Service

The staff were wonderfully friendly and very helpful. They were always eager to assist, from organizing a taxi to giving local tips. Their warmth truly made a positive impact on my stay.
Location
8.0
The location was excellent, as it was close to the bustling Silom area and just a short walk to the skytrain and MRT. However, being tucked away in a narrow alley meant it could be a bit tricky for taxi drivers to find.
Dining

Breakfast was decent but could get monotonous after a couple of days. The options were basic, primarily ham, eggs, and toast, but the staff served everything hot and fresh, which I appreciated.
Facilities

Though the guesthouse offered some basic amenities, the WiFi was very temperamental and often required re-signing, which was quite frustrating. The limited TV channels were a disappointment after long days out exploring.

During my stay at Baan Saladaeng, I found it to be a cozy urban oasis with friendly staff, although the breakfast offerings were somewhat lackluster. The location was convenient, providing easy access to the city's vibrant nightlife and public transit. However, the air conditioning in my room could have been more effective. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few areas for improvement.
Rooms

My room was spacious and clean, but I felt the AC could be stronger. Also, the lighting was a bit dim, which made the atmosphere feel gloomy at times.

The staff was excellent! They were always friendly and helpful, especially Ann at the front desk, who made my stay much more enjoyable.

Baan Saladaeng is perfectly situated in a quiet alley near the hustle and bustle of Th Silom, making it easy to access great restaurants and the metro.
Dining

Breakfast was very basic, with limited choices like eggs, toast, and cereal. It didn't really have much variety despite the hotel's growth in rooms.
Facilities

The hotel provided essential services, including organizing taxis when needed, but the breakfast area felt a bit small for the number of guests.

I had a wonderful stay at Baan Saladaeng Boutique Guesthouse. The hotel is not a luxury high-rise, but it has a charming boutique vibe that I absolutely loved. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience all the more pleasant. The only downside was the lack of a lift, which meant I had to climb to the fourth floor, but the staff assisted with my luggage. Overall, this place is a great find for anyone wanting to enjoy Bangkok at an affordable price! 😊

My room was adorable and immaculate, with high standards of cleanliness. The natural light in the morning was fantastic, especially after a fun night out! However, I noticed the shower fittings could use an upgrade.

Tucked away on a quiet dead-end road, the location is peaceful but still within walking distance of Silom Road and the BTS. It was perfect for accessing the city's hustle and bustle without being overwhelmed by it.

Breakfast was good! I enjoyed freshly cooked eggs, toast, and decent coffee every morning. While the dining area was a bit cramped, the friendly atmosphere made it enjoyable.

Facilities were basic but more than sufficient for my needs. Wi-Fi was free and the coffee was available throughout the day, which I really appreciated. I didn't use any tour assistance, but it seemed like that was also available.

I had a comfortable two-night stay at Baan Saladaeng Boutique Guesthouse. While the location was fantastic—just a short walk from the Sala Daeng Skytrain station and Silom metro—and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, I did experience a few downsides like weak WiFi and a rather basic breakfast. Overall, it offers great value for downtown Bangkok, but some improvements could enhance the stay.
Rooms

My room was cozy and had a balcony and tub, which was a nice upgrade from previous accommodations. However, the WiFi signal was quite weak up on the top floor.

Breakfast was decent but basic—just the usual ham, eggs, and toast. It was satisfactory for filling me up in the morning, but more variety would have been nice.
